Edwin A. Ratka

Executive Director

Edwin A. Ratka is a senior executive with almost 30 years of experience specializing in law firm administration and management. Ed serves as Jones Foster’s Executive Director and handles the general management, administration, and operations of the Firm. He is responsible for high-level operations of various departments including Human Resources, IT, Facilities Management, Accounting, Marketing, and Library Services.

Ed works closely with Board of Directors and Officers to develop, enhance, and implement the Firm’s organizational structure and strategic business goals. With a varied background in manufacturing, financial institutions, and service organizations, Ed leads the Firm in the day-to-day operations and participates in the development of company-wide growth initiatives including business development plans, administrative operations, and organizational team building.

Ed received a B.S. in Marketing from Canisius College and is a graduate of the National School of Finance and Management.
