Donald E. Greetham is a finance executive and certified public accountant with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, financial management, strategy, and business operations.
Donald brings proven organizational leadership skills to his role as Director of Finance at Jones Foster, including strategic planning, team development, and structured finance. He leads the accounting team and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s finance functions including accounting, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, 401(k) profit-sharing plan administration, managing work in process, and coordinating corporate tax components and departmental audits.
Donald works closely with the board of directors and executive director on comprehensive financial planning and analysis, and the implementation of new technologies to improve analytics and increase operational efficiency and profitability.
His previous experience includes executive roles in finance, systems, human resources, strategy, and operations for professional service industries, specialty finance, and not-for-profit organizations. Over his career, Donald has designed and implemented a variety of accounting, budgeting, reporting, and operating systems, as well as HR infrastructures, to help streamline and improve operational processes and financial performance.
Donald earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a certified StratOp Strategic Planning Facilitator.
