Donald E. Greetham is a senior executive and certified public accountant with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, financial management, corporate strategy, and business operations. As Jones Foster’s Executive Director, Don leads the firm’s administrative and operations teams, including Human Resources, Information Systems, Facilities, Office Services, Finance, Marketing and Library Services. He works closely with the board of directors to develop and execute all operational, technology, and financial strategy.
Don’s previous experience includes executive roles in finance, systems, human resources, strategy, and operations for professional service industries, specialty finance, and not-for-profit organizations. Over the course of his career, he has designed and implemented a variety of complex organizational structures for information systems, accounting, operations, and HR functions to streamline and improve operational processes and financial performance.
Don earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and is a certified StratOp Strategic Planning Facilitator.
