Francisco have been elected officers of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) of Palm Beach County Chapter for the 2024-2025 term. Senior Judge Kenneth Marra swore in Hanna as vice president/president-elect and Lainey as treasurer of the organization during the installation ceremony, which also included a speech by Judge Robin Rosenberg.

Rubin successfully represented the son of a decedent against a motion seeking attorneys’ fees upwards of $104,000 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The dispute arose out of a lawsuit filed by the client pro se contesting an amendment to his late father’s revocable trust.
