Human Resources Manager
Tammy has 30 years of
experience working in the field of human resources and currently serves as
the Human Resources Manager for Jones Foster. She has a proven history of
leadership and is responsible for the creation and implementation of
policies and programs to enhance employee performance, development,
retention, and the recruitment of talent.
Her responsibilities focus on leading all HR processes including the management of paralegals,
support staff, and summer associates, employee orientation and training,
and performance evaluations. She works closely with firm leadership to develop
initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement,
improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Tammy received both a Master of Business Administration degree
and a Bachelor of Science degree in organizational development from Palm Beach
Atlantic University. She also earned a Professional Human Resources (PHR)
certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
