Palm Beach County Bar Association Appoints Jones Foster Attorneys to Key Committees

Jones Foster, a 100-year-old commercial and private client law firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is pleased to announce that the Palm Beach County Bar Association has appointed and reappointed several attorneys to key Bar committees for the 2024-2025 term. As committee members, the attorneys will bring their leadership skills to foster and strengthen relationships with Bar colleagues and the judiciary.

Shareholder Joanne M. O’Connor was reappointed as co-chair of the PBCBA’s Diversity Internship Program (DIP) on the Committee for Diversity & Inclusion. The DIP provides diverse law school students opportunities to gain work experience at local law firms and government agencies; network with attorneys and members of the judiciary; and obtain pathways to future employment in the Palm Beach County legal community. Joanne recently held a Tips & Tools Workshop at Jones Foster’s West Palm Beach office to kick off the program and as an opportunity for the interns to connect with up-and-coming attorneys and gain insight into their legal backgrounds and law school experiences.
