Travis Foels is a member of Jones Foster's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. He represents businesses, individuals, and municipalities in civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, products liability, premises liability, and personal injury matters.
Travis is actively involved with the Palm Beach County Bar Association, serving as a member of the Circuit Court Civil Practice Committee and the Lawyers for Literacy Committee. He is also a member of the Law Alumni Council for the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Travis graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was awarded membership in the prestigious Order of the Coif. While earning his law degree, Travis served as a teaching assistant for Trial Practice, Legal Writing, and Appellate Advocacy, and as an articles editor for the Florida Law Review. Travis received the Gertrude Brick Law Review Award for the best Note of his law review class and was also the recipient of book awards in Appellate Advocacy, Legal Research, Electronic Discovery, Land Use Planning and Control, and Medical Malpractice.
