About Travis

Travis Foels is a Jones Foster Shareholder and a member of the firm's Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Land Use & Governmental practice groups. He represents businesses, individuals, and municipalities in civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, governmental litigation, product liability, and personal injury matters.

Travis is actively involved with the Palm Beach County Bar Association and The Florida Bar. He also serves on the Law Alumni Council for the University of Florida Levin College of Law, is a committee member and volunteer for the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County, and is a founding member of the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County’s Young Professionals Group. Travis is recognized in several leading peer-reviewed legal directories including The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for commercial litigation and real estate litigation, Florida Super Lawyers: Rising Stars for Personal Injury General: Defense, and Palm Beach Illustrated’s Top Lawyers in the categories of business litigation and commercial litigation.

Travis graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was awarded membership in the prestigious Order of the Coif. While earning his law degree, Travis served as a teaching assistant for Trial Practice, Legal Writing, and Appellate Advocacy, and as an editor for the Florida Law Review. Travis received the Gertrude Brick Law Review Award for the best Note of his law review class and was also the recipient of book awards in Appellate Advocacy, Legal Research, Electronic Discovery, Land Use Planning and Control, and Medical Malpractice.
