Spencer Keyser, a Jones Foster Shareholder and member of the firm's Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group, focuses his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Spencer has extensive litigation experience representing clients in both state and federal courts as well as state administrative and regulatory proceedings.
Spencer is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and was named a Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” honoree for 2021 and 2022.
Spencer graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he was a member of the Nova Trial Association and recipient of the merit-based Goodwin Scholarship. While earning his law degree, Spencer served as a judicial law clerk for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida and performed a clerkship at a preeminent Florida civil defense law firm.
