Jones Foster, a 100-year-old private and commercial law firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida, is pleased to announce that Litigation attorneys Travis J. Foels and Spencer S. Keyser, and Trust & Estate Litigation attorney Zachary M. Rothman were elevated to shareholders of the firm at the annual meeting of the officers.

Travis Foels, a member of the Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group, represents businesses, individuals, and municipalities in civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, product liability, premises liability, and personal injury matters.
An active member of the local and state Bars, Travis is a member of The Florida Bar’s Journal/News Editorial Board and the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Business Litigation CLE Committee, where he will serve as co-chair of the Business Litigation Session of the 2024 Bench Bar Conference. He is also a member of the Law Alumni Council for the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Travis is heavily involved in the community as a member of the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County’s Young Professionals Group and as a volunteer and committee member for the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County.
In addition, Travis was recognized on the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America 2024 list for Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Litigation. The "Ones to Watch" award is given to attorneys who demonstrate outstanding professional excellence early in their careers. Travis graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was awarded membership in the prestigious Order of the Coif. He also received the Gertrude Brick Law Review Award for Best Note of his law review class, which was quoted and relied upon by the Iowa Supreme Court in Tripp v. Scott Emergency Commc’n Ctr., 977 N.W.2d 459, 468 (Iowa 2022).
Spencer Keyser, a member of the firm's Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group, focuses his practice in the areas of complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Spencer has extensive litigation experience representing clients in both state and federal courts as well as state administrative and regulatory proceedings.
Spencer, an active member of the PBCBA, is co-chair of its 2024 Bench Bar Conference.
He also serves as a board member of its Young Lawyers Section and is an active member of several committees, including the Civil Rules Committee and Law Related Education Committee.
Spencer has been selected by his peers for inclusion on The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” list for Commercial Litigation, Product Liability Litigation – Defendants, and Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants, and has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star for Business Litigation. He is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he served as a judicial law clerk for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida and performed a clerkship at a preeminent Florida civil defense law firm.
Zachary Rothman, a member of the Trust & Estate Litigation and Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution teams, represents clients in litigation involving estates, trusts, guardianships, and fiduciary disputes, as well as commercial litigation matters. He also counsels personal representatives, trustees, court-appointed administrators, beneficiaries, and creditors in all facets of probate, trust, and guardianship administration.
Zack holds several leadership positions with the state and local Bars, including as a member of the PBCBA’s Estate/Probate CLE Committee and the Probate/Guardianship Practice Committee, where he will serve as moderator and co-chair of the Probate/Guardianship Session at the 2024 Bench Bar Conference for the second consecutive year.
He is also a member of several Florida Bar committees, including the Probate Rules Committee, where he is co-chair of the Style Subcommittee, and the Code & Rules of Evidence Committee.
Zack is a graduate of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been recognized by several peer-reviewed publications as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America honoree, a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star, and on Palm Beach Illustrated’s “Top Lawyers” list.
