Florida Super Lawyers Selects Jones Foster Attorneys for 2026 Lists

Jones Foster, a commercial and private client law firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, and Jupiter, Florida, is pleased to announce that more than half of its shareholders have been recognized in the 2026 edition of Florida Super Lawyers and Rising Stars. Among those honored, two firm leaders were named to Florida Super Lawyers Top 100 lists.

Published annually by Thomson Reuters, Florida Super Lawyers recognizes outstanding attorneys across more than 70 practice areas who have demonstrated a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Honorees are selected through a patented multiphase process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and evaluations based on 12 indicators of professional excellence. No more than 5% of attorneys in Florida are selected for inclusion each year.

Attorneys receiving the highest scores during the selection process are also eligible for inclusion on Florida Super Lawyers top lists. Chairman Scott G. Hawkins and Vice Chair Theodore S. Kypreos were both recognized on the prestigious Top 100: Miami list, with Mr. Kypreos also placing on the Top 100: Florida list for 2026.

In addition to those named Florida Super Lawyers, several Jones Foster attorneys were recognized as Florida Rising Stars, an honor reserved for no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state who are either age 40 or younger or have been practicing law for 10 years or less. New to the list this year are corporate attorney Rachel L. Hersey (formerly Sears) and private wealth and tax attorney Richard C. Vaughan.
