Jones Foster Expands Litigation and Private Wealth Practice Groups with Attorney Matthew L. Worsham

Jones Foster, a commercial and private client law firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida since 1924, is pleased to announce that Matthew L. Worsham has joined the firm as an associate in both the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Private Wealth, Trusts & Estates practice groups.

Matthew concentrates his practice in the areas of probate, guardianship, and trust litigation as well as probate and trust administration. He represents corporate and individual fiduciaries, heirs, and beneficiaries in matters relating to probate, guardianship, and trust law, including will and trust reformation and modification matters, elective share cases, accounting and removal actions, and will and trust contests. His previous experience includes commercial and employment litigation matters.

Matthew is actively involved in The Florida Bar’s RPPTL Section and the Trial Lawyers Section and he previously served as co-chair of the Martin County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. He graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law.
