Evan Sanchez is a member of Jones Foster’s Corporate & Tax and Private Wealth, Wills, Trusts & Estates teams who focuses his practice on tax planning, estate planning, and corporate law. Evan works with clients to develop customized strategies for the efficient preservation and transfer of assets. He also counsels individuals and businesses on a wide range of corporate governance matters, including entity selection and formation and drafting shareholder agreements.

Evan graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During his law school studies, Evan was an Articles Editor on the executive board of the FIU Law Review and served as Treasurer of the Tax Law Society. He is also the recipient of a CALI Book Award in Seminar: Banking Law & Regulation. Evan gained valuable experience as a Private Client Services Intern at the West Palm Beach affiliate of a global advisory firm providing tax, valuation, financial, and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
