Jones Foster, a commercial and private client law firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, and Jupiter, Florida, is pleased to announce that litigation shareholder Travis J. Foels has been elected to the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County’s Board of Directors.
As a director for the nonprofit, Mr. Foels will help shape initiatives that expand literacy opportunities for children and adults in Palm Beach County. He is an active volunteer with the Literacy Coalition, serving on its Literacy Links Golf Committee, which helps organize the annual fundraising golf tournament benefiting the Coalition’s programs. Mr. Foels also participates in its Read with Me program, reading one-on-one with local kindergarten students to help inspire a lifelong love of reading.
Travis Foels is a member of Jones Foster’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Land Use & Governmental practice groups, where he represents businesses, individuals, and municipalities in civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, governmental litigation, product liability, and personal injury matters.
An avid supporter of education, Mr. Foels is also a member of the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Law Alumni Council Board of Directors and the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County’s Young Professionals Group.
