Jones Foster Expands Real Estate Team with Attorney Michael T. Goldman

Jones Foster, a full-service commercial and private client law firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, and Jupiter, is pleased to announce that attorney Michael T. Goldman has joined the firm's Real Estate practice group.

Mr. Goldman further strengthens the firm's ability to advise clients on sophisticated commercial real estate matters. Continued corporate relocations, business expansions, and commercial development throughout the region have contributed to the need for experienced real estate counsel.

Mr. Goldman focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, development and construction, property management, due diligence, and related transactions, providing practical guidance to clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate projects, from initial planning through closing and beyond. His experience spans retail, mixed-use, industrial, and other commercial property sectors.

Prior to joining Jones Foster, he served as transactional and general counsel to a private equity real estate fund platform with more than $2 billion in assets under management. In this role, he advised clients on sophisticated real estate transactions and operational matters involving a diverse range of commercial real estate projects and investments.

Mr. Goldman earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship Recipient. While in law school, he was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review and Business Law Society and gained valuable experience as a student-attorney with the Investor Rights Clinic and Startup Practicum, where he assisted with financial regulatory matters and business entity formations.
