About Carlee

Carlee Mattison is a member of Jones Foster’s Real Estate team and focuses her practice in the areas of complex commercial and residential sales, purchases, and leases, representing sellers and purchasers, landlords and tenants, and businesses and individuals in a variety of transactions. Carlee also has significant experience in dealing with matters pertaining to homeowners’ associations and condominiums.

Carlee is committed to client service and communication and focuses on understanding each client’s broader goals and personal preferences to deliver thoughtful, tailored legal solutions. Her previous work in probate and trust litigation, as well as fiduciary litigation, honed her ability to listen with empathy and counsel effectively. She has served as trusted counsel to individuals, families, trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in trust and estate administration matters.

Carlee has been selected by her peers for recognition in several legal industry directories, including The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch,” Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” and Palm Beach Illustrated’s “Top Lawyers.” She earned her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. During law school, she received Book Awards in Criminal Law and Family Law, was honored with the DT Smith Outstanding Associate Editor Award from the Florida Law Review, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Carlee also gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant to two professors and as a Summer Associate at Jones Foster.
