Theodore S. Kypreos Serves as Featured Speaker at Florida Bar Trust & Estate Symposium

Jones Foster Litigation Shareholder Theodore S. Kypreos served as a featured speaker at The Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section 2021 Trust & Estate Symposium webinar.

Theo presented on the topic, “Who Has Standing? A Trustee’s Duty to Account and Recent Case Law Development”, one of several presentations at the event which offered attendees continuing legal education (CLE) credits and the opportunity to learn cutting-edge developments in the law that can be used in their everyday practice, significant upcoming changes in the law, and an assortment of recommendations that every planner and fiduciary litigator must know.

The Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar serves the citizens of the State of Florida, the legal community, and its Section members with the highest levels of knowledge, experience and commitment to real property, probate and trust law. CLE programs on current and important topics are offered to attorney members practicing in the areas of real property, probate, and trust law.

Theo served as the 2014-2015 President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and he is a frequent lecturer for both the PBCBA and The Florida Bar on topics related to probate, trust and guardianship law.
