Kypreos served as a featured speaker at the 2023 Litigation and Trust Law Symposium hosted by The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law (RPPTL) Section. The seminar was held at the Stetson University Tampa Law Center in Tampa and broadcast via a live webcast.
Theo Kypreos’ presentation “No Marriage. No Writing. No Problem? The Enforceability of Cohabitation Agreements Against Florida Estates” was one of several programs that offered attendees continuing legal education (CLE) credits. Symposium topics included creative solutions for resolving estate and trust disputes, co-fiduciary issues, trust modifications as a tool for problem-solving, will and trust contests, and an update on changes to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, according to The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.
An experienced trial and appellate attorney, Theo focuses his practice in the areas of probate and trust litigation, trust and estate administration, guardianship law, and fiduciary litigation.
