Jones Foster announces that firm Shareholder Robert W. Wilkins has been appointed as Co-Chair of the Data Breach and Internet Subcommittee American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation.

Mr. Wilkins is co-chair of Jones Foster’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. He has a broad-based complex commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on eDiscovery and Information Governance and the use of technology in the practice of law. With over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer, Mr. Wilkins is board certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation. He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida State Courts and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
