Mr. Wilkins is Jones Foster’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group Leader. He has a broad-based complex commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on eDiscovery and Information Governance and the use of technology in the practice of law. With over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer, Wilkins is one of only 88 attorneys Board Certified by The Florida Bar in both Business Litigation and Civil Trial. He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida State Courts and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
