"You create something new [as a land use lawyer]. Most of what we do is help a community change. As Palm Beach County continues to grow from over 1.5 million people to more and more people, there needs to be a process to work with the community and the local government to find that right balance. And it's a very legal process. It's a planning process, and the fact that I'm both a lawyer and a planner, I think I bring that good balance to help build a better community," Peter told Law360.
