Ratka has an extensive background in law firm administration, most recently at Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A. in West Palm Beach. In addition to assisting in managing the Firm, he will focus on the Firm’s strategic planning, marketing and business development. Ratka replaces Donald L. MaGruder, who recently retired.
