Jones Foster Adds Veteran Real Estate Attorney James H. Ryan

Jones Foster, a commercial and private client law firm with offices in Jupiter, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach, Florida, is pleased to announce that attorney James H. Ryan has joined the firm as Senior Counsel in its Real Estate practice group. Jim will be based in the firm’s Jupiter office.

Jim is the sixth attorney to join Jones Foster this year, reflecting the firm’s strategic growth and continued investment to meet client demand.

Jim Ryan brings decades of experience representing developers, buyers, sellers, and lenders in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions. He advises clients on all aspects of the real estate process, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and matters relating to mortgages and title insurance.

Drawing on his extensive knowledge of the dynamic South Florida market, Jim provides practical, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals. Prior to joining Jones Foster, he served as sole shareholder and president of Gary, Dytrych & Ryan in North Palm Beach, where his practice also included estate planning and probate law.

Jim remains active in legal and industry organizations, including The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and the American Land Title Association. He is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of his legal ability and high ethical standards.
