Elder Law attorney, Genny Bernstein, served as a featured speaker at the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s 22nd Annual Elder Law Affairs Seminar. The continuing education event provided attorneys with strategies for managing taxes, real estate, trust, and Medicaid issues relating to elder law. Genny’s presentation entitled, Medicaid Application Tips, Tricks and Traps highlighted critical steps in the application process, and guided attorneys on ways to avoid delays and administrative pitfalls.
Genny Bernstein is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Elder Law and focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Veteran Benefits, and Asset Planning and Protection for Medicaid to assist in obtaining benefits for home care, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.
She is a regular speaker on the topics of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Medicaid and Veterans Benefits at public and private events, workshops, healthcare fairs, and seminars throughout Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.
