Jones Foster Shareholder Ben Alexander Elected to Board of Directors

Benton “Ben” Alexander, Jr. was elected at the firm’s annual shareholders’ meeting to serve on the board of directors for a three-year term. Mr. Alexander replaces shareholder Peter A. Sachs, who has served on the board since 2018.

“Ben has made significant contributions to the firm over the past 20 years,” said Chairman Scott G. Hawkins. “He has developed a broad real estate practice with deep ties throughout South Florida, particularly in the Palm Beach market, and was pivotal in opening our Palm Beach office. As a result of his extensive experience in the real estate industry and community, Mr. Alexander has cultivated long-lasting relationships to leverage his clients’ business interests. He is uniquely positioned to handle a broad range of matters, including advising on traditional real estate transactions, negotiating complex real estate development deals, and facilitating partnerships between equity funds and developers.

Mr. Alexander holds additional leadership roles within the firm, including co-chair of the Board Certification Committee and chair of the Marketing Committee.
