About Zack

Zack Rothman is a member of Jones Foster’s Litigation and Private Wealth teams and represents clients in litigation involving estates, trusts, guardianships and fiduciary disputes, as well as commercial litigation matters. Zack also counsels personal representatives, trustees, court-appointed administrators, beneficiaries and creditors in all facets of probate, trust and guardianship administration.

Zack holds leadership positions in local and state bar associations, serving as a member of The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee, the Code & Rules of Evidence Committee, and the Abuse Neglect & Exploitation Committee, and as a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Probate & Guardianship Committee and Estate Law Continuing Legal Education Committee. He was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a 2021 Rising Star and is a member of the 2021 class of the Florida Fellows Institute of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Zack earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While earning his law degree, he was honored for outstanding achievement with book awards in the areas of Elder Law and Electronic Discovery and served as a judicial law clerk for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
