Erica Haft is a member of the Firm's Private Client Services and Corporate & Tax teams and concentrates her practice in the area of estate and tax planning.
Erica earned her Master of Laws in Estate Planning (LL.M.) from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated at the top of her class and received the Book Award in Probate. Prior, she earned her law degree (J.D.) with cum laude honors from the University of Miami School of Law and received Book Awards in Contracts, Advanced Appellate Advocacy, and Legal Research. Erica also completed her undergraduate degree (B.A.) with Dean’s List distinction in Political Science from Northwestern University.
During law school, Erica was actively involved in the Moot Court organization and was selected to represent the school in the American Bar Association’s national level competition. She also clerked for the Honorable Stanford Blake in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and served as a research intern for the Wrongful Convictions Legal Clinic at the Northwestern University School of Law.
