The client’s international holdings and the significant amount of revolving credit sought required assemblage of collateral in various forms from numerous single-purpose LLCs and corporations within numerous jurisdictions. Layers of contingencies created an additional level of complexity, necessitating collaboration with multidisciplinary teams from several of the most prestigious law firms in Europe and North America.
A $250+ million Europe-based credit facility was successfully secured, enabling the client to access funding for ongoing operations, the completion of construction projects, and future acquisitions.
