Jones Foster Adds to Litigation and Private Wealth Practice Teams with Attorney Zachary M. Rothman

Jones Foster is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Zachary M. Rothman to the Firm, joining the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and the Private Wealth, Trusts & Estates practice groups as an Associate in the West Palm Beach office.

Zack represents clients in litigation involving estates, trusts, guardianships and fiduciary disputes, as well as commercial litigation matters. Zack also counsels personal representatives, trustees, court-appointed administrators, beneficiaries and creditors in all facets of probate, trust and guardianship administration.

Zack holds leadership positions in local and state bar associations, serving as a member of The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee, the Code & Rules of Evidence Committee, and the Abuse Neglect & Exploitation Committee, and as a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Probate & Guardianship Committee and Estate Law Continuing Legal Education Committee. He is a member of the 2021 class of the Florida Fellows Institute of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a 2021 Rising Star.
