Jones Foster is pleased to announce that Stanley D. Klett, Jr. has joined the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group as Senior Counsel. Stan will be based in the Firm’s Jupiter office, bolstering the scope of core practice groups represented at the Northern Palm Beach County location.
Stan is a Florida Bar Board Certified Business Litigation specialist with 30 years of experience. His practice includes commercial litigation, trusts and estates litigation, arbitration and mediation, property rights, administrative litigation, and employment litigation. He represents banking and lending institutions, Fortune 500 companies, real estate brokers and owners, contractors, and subcontractors in connection with a variety of transactional disputes and litigation matters related to real estate, construction, foreclosures, lien law, collections, and landlord/tenant.

He has served as past president of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the PBCBA North County Section; past Chairman of The Florida Bar’s Liaison Committee; past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Gulfstream Goodwill Industries; and on the West Palm Beach Advisory Board for Regent Bank.
Stan has received numerous honors and distinctions throughout his career, including the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating; Florida Trend Magazine’s ‘Legal Elite’; Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers designation; and the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s 2017 “You’ve Been Served Award”. Additionally, he has been a frequent speaker and author within the legal and business communities on subjects related to his areas of practice.
