Theodore Kypreos Sworn in as the 92nd President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association

Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A. is pleased to announce that Firm Shareholder, Theodore Kypreos, was sworn in as the 92nd President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association at the Bar's Annual Installation Banquet.  The event took place at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach on Saturday, June 7, 2014. 

Approximately 500 attorneys, judges, bar leaders, and other guests attended the event, including former Palm Beach County Bar presidents and Jones Foster shareholders Sid Stubbs, Michael Kranz, and Scott Hawkins. Circuit Court Judge Joseph Marx presided over the installation ceremony.  Mr. Kypreos is the 17th Jones Foster attorney to serve as President of the Palm Beach County Bar. 

Theo practices in the areas of probate and trust litigation, trust and estate administration, guardianship law, and fiduciary litigation. In addition to serving as President of the Palm Beach County Bar, Mr. Kypreos is a Trustee and former member of the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, serves on The Florida Bar's Probate and Trust Litigation Committee and its Probate and Guardianship Rules Committee, and is an executive board member for the University of Florida Law Alumni Council.
