Jones Foster announces that Theodore S. Kypreos was elected to the firm's Board of Directors at its annual Shareholder's meeting in January.
Theo is a past-President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, practices in the areas of probate and trust litigation, trust and estate administration, guardianship law, and fiduciary litigation with experience at both the trial court and appellate levels.
Theo graduated with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law and earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Florida. He serves on the Executive Council for The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) section, is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, and currently serves as an officer on the Executive Committee for the University of Florida’s Law Alumni Council.
