Peter A. Sachs Elected to Trustbridge Hospice Foundation Board of Directors

Jones Foster is proud to announce that Firm Board Member and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Shareholder Peter A. Sachs has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Trustbridge Hospice Foundation for a 3-year term.

Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, formerly Hospice of Palm Beach/Broward County Foundation and Hospice by the Sea Foundation, is the philanthropic arm of Trustbridge. The Foundation is dedicated to raising funds for the organization’s programs and services, including comfort care, charitable care, music therapy, pet therapy, adult and children’s bereavement services, and children’s camps, and developing fundraising activities for annual support, memorial gifts, special projects, endowments, and deferred giving. The Foundation’s strategy is focused on increasing the unfunded programs of support and additional support for marginalized individuals and communities currently less served.

Peter is double Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Civil Trial and Business Litigation and concentrates his practice on complex trust and estate, guardianship, and commercial litigation matters. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Peter is consistently recognized as a preeminent attorney in his area of practice by industry and peer review publications, including Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. Peter was named by Best Lawyers as 2020 “Lawyer of the Year” in West Palm Beach for Trusts & Estate Litigation.

Peter holds leadership roles in several industry and community organizations, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Community Care organization and on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.
