Theodore Kypreos & Robert Wilkins, Panelists at the 40th Annual PBCBA Bench Bar Conference

Speaking Engagement—Palm Beach County Bar Association Bench Bar Conference

For over forty years, the judges and lawyers of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and Palm Beach County have met at the annual Bench Bar Conference to discuss issues pending in the Circuit, discuss evolutions in the law, and reconnect with colleagues.  Taking place this year at the Palm Beach County Convention Center, the theme is “Breaking Barriers and Sharing Solutions.”

Theodore S. Kypreos, a member of Jones Foster’s Board of Directors, appeared on the probate and estate law panel. Issues covered included a number of probate, estate and trust law developments, including recent Florida statutory changes concerning the limitations of actions against trustees for failure to account to beneficiaries.

Theo practices in the areas of probate and trust litigation, trust and estate administration, guardianship law, and fiduciary litigation. As an experienced trial and appellate attorney, Theo represents corporate and individual fiduciaries, individual heirs and beneficiaries, and charitable institutions and beneficiaries. He is consistently recognized by peer and industry publications and served as the 2014-2015 President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
