Palm Beach Civic Association Features Jones Foster's Joanne M. O’Connor as Forum Panelist

Jones Foster Litigation Shareholder Joanne M. O’Connor, a Florida Bar Board Certified Business Litigation specialist, is featured on the Palm Beach Civic Association's website in a recording of its Welcome Back Community Forum, held on November 6, 2025, at the Mandel Recreation Center in Palm Beach. Joanne participated as a panelist in her role as Town Attorney for the Town of Palm Beach.

Ms. O’Connor joined other Palm Beach municipal leaders to discuss current issues and developments affecting the Town, including legislative updates on vessels, anchoring, and mooring, as well as newly adopted Town ordinances. Additional speakers included Bobbie Lindsay, Town Council President; Kirk Blouin, Town Manager; Patricia Strayer, Town Engineer; Bob Miracle, Deputy Town Manager, Administration and Finance; Wayne Bergman, Director of Planning, Zoning & Building; and James Murphy, Assistant Director of Planning, Zoning & Building.

The Welcome Back Community Forum marks the opening of the Civic Association’s annual programming, offering residents an opportunity to hear updates from Town leadership and engage in discussions on important local issues.
