Jones Foster is proud to support the Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope, Inc. and its Companions 4 Life Fund through the firm's community involvement program, Jones Foster Impact.
The Companions 4 Life Fund is the newest program among many offered by the Cancer Alliance to assist Palm Beach County cancer patients facing financial hardship while undergoing treatment. The Companions 4 Life Fund supports pet owners by providing pet food and supplies and covers veterinary expenses to ensure owners can continue to provide for their pets at a time when they most need companionship and emotional support.
In recognition of National Pet Day on April 11, 2024, the Jones Foster Impact program donated $100 Petsmart gift cards to the Cancer Alliance to ease some of the financial burden for 30 new patients who will receive a customized pet “care basket” of food and supplies provided by the organization along with the gift card.
This Jones Foster Impact “100” initiative is one of a series of community service projects created to support local nonprofits throughout the year as the firm celebrates 100 years as legal counselors in Palm Beach County.
Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope was named 2022 Non-Profit of the Year by the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce and provides its community services through major donors and notable fundraisers. Recent events include the Dance the Night Away Gala where 11 local celebrity dancers paired with professional ballroom dancers and featured Celebrity Master of Ceremonies Artem Chigvintsev, and the Shop the Day Away Luncheon which took place earlier this year and featured Keynote Speaker Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York.
