Tasha K. Dickinson presented at the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section (RPTE) at the 25th Anniversary Spring Symposia in Chicago, Illinois.

The event featured the nation's leading practitioners and professionals as speakers and offers an insider's view of the latest developments in both real estate and estate planning. Ms. Dickinson spoke on the subject of non-tax estate planning considerations.

Tasha is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer, a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and is admitted to practice in Florida, North Carolina, and New York. Tasha’s practice focuses exclusively on sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration. She has extensive experience with complex wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and charitable planning. Tasha represents fiduciaries in handling complicated estate and trust administration matters. She has developed a niche working with family offices and has written and lectured extensively on residency planning.
