Tasha K. Dickinson Elected as a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC)

Tasha K. Dickinson was elected as a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Tasha is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer, and is admitted to practice in Florida and North Carolina. Her practice focuses exclusively on sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration. She has extensive experience with complex wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and charitable planning, and represents fiduciaries in complicated estate and trust administration matters.

ACTEC is a nonprofit association established in 1949. Its attorney members are elected to the College by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, and competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. Membership in ACTEC is by election after nomination by fellows of the College. Nominees are subjected to careful review by both state and national membership selection committees prior to consideration by the regents of the College.
