Jones Foster Impact, a firmwide community program, was announced this week by the Board of Directors. Jones Foster Impact will offer all employees a platform to collaborate, engage, and collectively impact the community through efforts designed to support local charitable organizations.
Board Member and Litigation Shareholder, Theo Kypreos, expects that many positive outcomes will result from this initiative. “I am personally very excited about Jones Foster Impact. For almost a century, our Firm and employees have actively supported numerous organizations that share our values. We formalized this program because community is at the core of who we are, and our goal is to extend the Firm’s reach through this cohesive effort. Employees will work together in various capacities, enabling us to build new connections, enhance teamwork, and provide positive social impact. It is a win-win for Jones Foster, and the community.”
Jones Foster has been deeply rooted in the Palm Beach County community since its inception in 1924. Key leadership positions in industry and non-profit organizations have played a fundamental role within the Firm’s culture, contributing to a collective heritage of professional excellence and public service. Jones Foster Impact will serve to further enhance this value through an organized initiative.
Designed to appeal to a wide audience, the program is comprised of an annual schedule of charitable initiatives, including community service days, fundraising activities, event participation, and firmwide sponsorships. Employees will have opportunities to assist in the charity selection process, and are encouraged to invite their families to community events, including the upcoming 2020 Peggy Adams Walk for the Animals.
