Jones Foster Attorney Alexander L. Brams Joins Armory Art Center Advisory Board

Jones Foster is pleased to announce that Litigation attorney Alexander L. Brams was appointed to the Advisory Board of the Armory Art Center in West Palm Beach.

In addition to his role on the Advisory Board, Alex is a member of the Governance Committee, which is responsible for bylaws, insurance review, policy review, compliance, the reserve fund, and succession planning of the art center.

The Armory Art Center provides art classes for all ages and abilities, exhibitions, art salons, lectures, and special events, including a summer art camp. It hosts nearly 100 courses, held in 12 state-of-the-art studios, in media such as ceramics, digital arts, drawing, jewelry, painting, printmaking, and sculpture. The Center offers workshops taught by national and international visiting master artists and gives new artists-in-residents the opportunity to hone their craft while teaching classes. The nonprofit won the “Best Art Gallery” category in The Palm Beach Post’s 2022 Best of Palm Beach County awards.

Alex focuses his practice on the areas of probate, trust, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation, as well as commercial litigation, throughout Florida’s state and federal courts. He represents fiduciaries and individuals in all probate, trust, and guardianship settings, including will and trust contests, breach of trust actions, personal representative and trustee removal and accounting actions, will and trust reformation and modification proceedings, contested guardianships, exploitation, and tortious interference litigation. Alex also represents personal representatives, trustees, court-appointed administrators, beneficiaries, and creditors in all facets of probate, trust, and guardianship administration.

Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, attending as the recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and graduating cum laude. Prior to earning his law degree, Alex served as a student research assistant focusing on constitutional law and federal appeals and interned for The Honorable Judge Joseph Marx of The Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
