Emily Snider presented as the featured speaker at this month’s educational luncheon series, Probate and Pumpernickel. She spoke on the topic of Qualified Opportunity Funds, the overview of designated zones, requirements and limits, as well as the possible benefits for Palm Beach County.
This program is presented by Palm Beach Atlantic University and focuses on estate planning, taxation and elder law, highlighting timely developments and important changes in the regulations. Participating attorneys and CPAs receive continuing education credits.
Emily S. Snider, LL.M, is a member of the Jones Foster Private Client Services practice group and concentrates her practice in the areas of domestic and international estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, and transactional corporate law.
