Human Resources Manager
Stacey E. George has over 20 years of Human Resources experience and currently serves as the Firm’s Human Resources Manager. Stacey has held positions as a Human Resources executive in the legal, health, insurance, and retail wholesale industries, developing a range of expertise in the areas of employee relations, benefit administration, recruitment, training, performance management, and retention programs. She is also knowledgeable in payroll, budgeting, auditing, policy analysis, and regulatory compliance, enabling her to facilitate processes and communications involving both the HR and Accounting Departments.
Stacey leads all HR processes including the management of the support staff and paralegals, employee orientation and training, performance evaluations, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with Firm leadership to recruit and retain talent as well as implement ongoing initiatives to maintain and enhance company culture and employee engagement, and ensure alignment with the Firm’s core values.
