Human Resources Manager
Heather Griffin has over 20 years of experience at Jones Foster and serves as the Firm’s Human Resources Manager. During her two decades of experience at the Firm, Heather has held positions across various departments, enabling her to add significant value in her current role as head of HR. Her responsibilities include the planning, direction, and implementation of firm-wide human resources initiatives, including the management of employee compensation, recruiting, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Heather works closely with attorneys, managers, and directors to recruit and retain the Firm’s staff. She maintains and enhances company culture, ensuring that it aligns with the Firm’s core values. Heather’s leading role in the Employee Advisory Council in addition to her unique perspective within the Firm facilitates the active improvement of employee interests.
