attorney, Kelly A. Gardner, served as a Co-Moderator and Co-Chair for the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s (PBCBA) virtual Bench Bar Conference Probate and Guardianship Session.
The combined session was geared to lawyers and paralegals interested in probate, trust, and guardianship practice, and offered attendees an introduction to current Probate and Guardianship Division Circuit Judges, including the Honorable Dina Keever-Agrama, Honorable James Martz, Honorable Scott Kerner, and Honorable Laura Laurie. The panel of judges reviewed recent case law and issues in probate and guardianship law, followed by a Q&A forum and an online polling session.
For over forty years, the PBCBA Bench Bar Conference has brought together judges and lawyers of Palm Beach County to address pending issues, discuss evolutions in the law, and establish connections with each other. The annual event in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit bridges the gap between the judiciary and attorneys.
