Human Resources Manager
Tami has over 20 years of experience working in the legal industry and currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for Jones Foster. Tami has a demonstrated history of working in office administration, human resources, team building, training, event planning, project management, customer service, and strategic planning.
Tami leads all HR processes including the management of the support staff and paralegals, employee orientation and training, performance evaluations, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with Firm leadership to recruit and retain talent as well as implement ongoing initiatives to maintain and enhance company culture and employee engagement, and ensure alignment with the Firm’s core values.
