Megan Coughlin is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Private Client Services departments and concentrates her practice in probate, trust, and guardianship litigation. Megan graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Team and winner of the “Best Oralist” Award. She was a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant, an Appellate Advocacy Teaching Assistant, and a Student Ambassador.
While earning her J.D., Megan served as a Legal Intern at the State Attorney’s Office, as a Summer Law Clerk for The Honorable Lori S. Rowe, Florida 1st District Court of Appeal, and as Law Clerk for The Honorable Jonathan D. Gerber, Florida 4th District Court of Appeal. Notably, Megan was named as a Top Lawyer of 2018 by Palm Beach Illustrated as a result of peer review surveys sent to all certified lawyers in Palm Beach County.
